Our promise to you…
We aim to reply to all emails and messages within 72 hours during our term time.
Class sizes will be capped depending on the size of the room (Maximum 12 per class in any venue).
Music Monkeys have asked all venues to ensure rooms are cleaned thoroughly before we use them. Instructors will ensure all instruments & other props are clean for each class.
We will not run classes if an instructor feels unwell, where we cannot provide an alternative instructor a make up session will be provided.

Pre-book with us by completing our registration form and waiting for a confirmation email.
Pay for classes directly to us or the venue before the 1st class, we may not be able to hold your place if it is fully booked class.
If you or your child is poorly please do not attend class.
Leave shoes, buggies & bags outside or away from the class circle.
Class Rules
Food is not permitted in class.
Photographs or videos should not be taken of any children not under your care.
Only one adult per child can join the class circle.
Classes will start & end promptly, please arrive 5 minutes before to get settled and ready to start.
This is an interactive parent & child class, chatting is very distracting to the instructor.
If your child becomes upset or agitated during the class, please step outside until they feel ready to join back in.
Music Monkeys will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur before, during or after a class, or whilst using the on-site facilities.
Liability Release Waiver
I agree not to hold Music Monkeys and its representatives responsible for any illnesses, injuries or accidents that occur during a class, party or event and agree any expense relating will be borne by the parent or guardian . I agree Music Monkeys is not responsible for any personal items broken, brought or left at any class, party or event. I understand and voluntarily assume all risks inherent in this nature and waive and release Music Monkeys of all claims, costs and liabilities.
Payment Terms
Fees must be paid in advance of your class.
Fees are NON REFUNDABLE.
If we have to cancel a class we will provide a make up class.
Payment should be made by bank transfer, via a payment link or directly at the class venue.
