Our promise to you…
Class sizes will be capped depending on the size of the room with one adult only per child. Music Monkeys have asked all venues to ensure rooms are cleaned thoroughly before we use them. Instructors will ensure all instruments & other props are clean for each class. We will not run classes if an instructor feels unwell or has a temperature 37.5 or above. Instructors will wear clean uniform including socks and they will sanitize their hands before & after each class.
We ask that you….
Pre-book with us and pay for classes directly to the venue before or after the 1st class, due to low capacity we may not be able to hold your place. If you or your child has any symptoms that could relate to Covid -19 or any other contagious illness, you do not attend our class. Check your emails (including junk folders) & social media for updates in case your class has to be rescheduled. Bring a small mat, blanket or similar for you and your child to sit on. Leave shoes, buggies & bags outside or away from the class circle. Wear clean socks (adults & children). Wash hands before entering the class. Bear in mind young children are sociable, energetic and curious. While we will all do our best to keep them safe, we do not expect them to sit still throughout the class and we will move around the room.
Class Rules
In addition, we ask that you remember: Food is not permitted in class. Photographs or videos should not be taken of any children not under your care. Classes will start & end promptly, please arrive 5 minutes before to get settled and ready to start. This is an interactive parent & child class, chatting is very distracting to the instructor. If your child becomes upset or agitated during the class, please step outside until they feel ready to join back in. Music Monkeys will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur before, during or after a class, or whilst using the on-site facilities.
Liability Release Waiver
In consideration of my participation in the foregoing, the undersigned acknowledge and agree to the following: I am aware of the existence of the risk on my physical appearance to the venue and my participation to the activity run by Music Monkeys that may cause injury or illness such as, but not limited to Influenza, MRSA, or COVID-19 that may lead to paralysis or death. I am aware of and have adhered to current local regulations & restrictions relating to the control of Covid-19. I am fully and personally responsible for my own safety and actions while and during may participation and I recognize that I may be in any case be at risk of contracting COVID-19. With full knowledge of the risks involved, I hereby release, waive, discharge Music Monkeys, its employees & affiliates and assigns from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 while participating in any activity while in, on, or around the premises or while using the facilities that may lead to unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Music Monkeys from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, lawsuits, and/or liabilities or claims arising whether directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of the released party due to injury, loss, or death from or related to COVID-19.
Payment Terms
Fees must be paid in advance of your class. Fees are NON REFUNDABLE. If we have to cancel a class we will provide a make up class. Payment should be made by bank transfer, via a payment link or directly at the class venue.
